As we close the old paper based systems down, Charlie continues to provide great support to our engineering team. With our young apprentices being the early adopters of the tablets managing workflow and job sheets, it's been a great team building experience too. Plus Mark's motorcycle accident proved to be a watershed moment in the implementation phase. As his lack of mobility drove home the point that the digital system enables anyone to do almost anything, from anywhere.

The quoting process is the current phase being trialled, and the process is already proving to be more efficient – aiming to get most quotes completed before the solutions engineer leaves the customers site. So if anything needs a second look, measure or further investigation before the quote can be finalised – then it’s a simple revisit, not organising a new one.
