How 24 Hour Compressor Emergency Breakdown Call Out Works:

1. Contact us on:

  • 07774 216 495 (Out of office hours)

To report the breakdown, it helps if you have a smart phone, as we can use ‘video call’ to see any potential issues – and this may save you the cost of a call out! You will need to give your location and company details before we proceed – as we can only support organisations in our geographic area.

2. Remote Diagnosis
Our technician will assess the issue over the phone and provide initial guidance. It will save time if you are with the compressor when you make the call so you are ready to make the checks requested by the engineer.

3. Engineer Dispatch
If breakdown cannot be resolved over the phone, we will give you a price and if you agree – a qualified engineer will be dispatched to your site within an agreed time frame (Typically 3 hours) and if we are not there in the time we give, Cambs Compressors pay the labour and call out fees!

If we feel it’s necessary, we will bring along an emergency hire compressor so we can get you up and running as soon as possible, then focus on the repair.
